Key Personnel

Francis (Frank) J. McKenna, Jr., President of Care Environmental Corp., personally sets-up and starts-up new operations. He is an acknowledged expert in material documentation, employee right-to-know, emergency response and hazardous waste transportation and disposal. Mr. McKenna is the liaison with regulatory agencies and is responsible for all site inspections performed by Federal, State and local agencies, as well as personnel training.

Care Environmental Corp. maintains a staff of OSHA-trained personnel, including chemists, environmental technologists and technicians who possess not only high-level expertise, but are dedicated to preserving the integrity of the environment. John Doeffinger, Chemist
Responsibilities include household hazardous waste minimization/management, Small Quantity Generator program, hazardous waste management, UST closure, health and safety programs, emergency response, site remediation, site assessments, chemical profile characterization, chemical classification and regulatory liaison.

Richard Treible, Operation Manager

The combined experience of the principals of Care Environmental in the hazardous waste industry totals more than 66 years. Care's President, Mr. Francis J McKenna, Jr., has been working full time in the hazardous waste field since 1984. Care Environmental was created to provide quality hazardous waste removal services to both private clients and state agencies. We are proud of our track record in the industry, which is illustrated by our success serving clients throughout the country, including state agencies.
